Toor Vinyards in Oliver, BC, owned by Randhir Toor, has been fined $118,000 and banned from hiring temporary foreign workers due to policy violations and poor working conditions. Previously fined $90,000 in 2022 for immigration fraud, the vineyard failed to provide proper documentation and safe working conditions. Toor is also under investigation for sexual assault allegations involving a migrant worker.
