Victim of rare earth metal scam duped again by fake CTSI scheme seeking £25 fee.

A reader, J.M., previously scammed by Rare Earth Metal Exchange Ltd, received a fraudulent letter from a fake Chartered Trading Standards Institute (CTSI) scheme asking for a £25 fee. Financial investigator Tony Hetherington confirms it's a scam aimed at extracting more money. Despite the CTSI being aware of the impersonation for two years, no one has been caught. The original company had no rare metals and owed £3.6 million, with assets valued at just over £100,000.
