Sikkim Governor Om Prakash Mathur visited Doklam, a site of a 2017 standoff between Indian and Chinese troops, praising the army for their dedication. He was accompanied by Rajasthan's Minister of Forest and Environment, Sanjay Sharma. Mathur planted an oak tree, discussed development and conservation with locals, and visited Kupup, home to the world's highest golf course, and Dichu village.
