Union Energy Minister Pralhad Joshi visited India's largest floating solar project, the Omkareshwar Solar Park in Madhya Pradesh, highlighting the country's commitment to renewable energy. The 600 MW park, costing Rs 330 crore, has currently commissioned 278 MW, aiming to generate over 4,600 million units of clean energy over 25 years. This aligns with India's goal of achieving 214 GW of green energy capacity and 500 GW from non-fossil fuels by 2030.
