Boeing and the U.S. Justice Department seek to finalize a revised plea deal by Feb. 16.

Boeing and the U.S. Justice Department are still negotiating a revised plea deal after a previous one was rejected by a judge in December. The original deal involved Boeing pleading guilty to criminal fraud, paying up to $487.2 million in fines, and spending $455 million on safety improvements. Both parties requested an extension until February 16 to update U.S. District Judge Reed O'Connor on their progress.
