Alan Edwards, deputy director of Wyoming's Department of Environmental Quality (WDEQ), is retiring on January 10 after a 22-year career. During his tenure, Edwards held roles such as administrator of the abandoned mine land division and the industrial siting division. Director Todd Parfitt praised Edwards' expertise and stakeholder coordination skills, calling him invaluable to the agency.
