Santa Cruz Wharf reopens after partial collapse due to storms, with some sections still closed.

The Santa Cruz Wharf, which partially collapsed on December 23 due to severe storms, will reopen to the public on January 4. Though a section about 150 feet long remains closed, the majority of the wharf is safe for visitors after a sonar and engineering assessment. Vehicle traffic will be restricted to an area before Marini's Candies. The harbor is also recovering from damages, working on repairs and debris removal.
