Nvidia’s new RTX 5090 and 5080 GPUs demand more power, set to launch by early February.
Nvidia's upcoming RTX 5090 and RTX 5080 graphics cards are expected to have higher power requirements, with the RTX 5090 needing 575W and the RTX 5080 needing 360W. The RTX 5090 will feature 32GB of GDDR7 VRAM and the RTX 5080 will have 16GB. These graphics cards are set to launch by the end of January or early February, with more details coming at CES 2025.
