Kenyan leader denies claims of forced disappearances by the government, amid calls for action on human rights.

At a funeral in Kenya, Majority Leader Kimani Ichung'wah denied claims by Governor George Natembeya that President Ruto's administration is responsible for forced disappearances. Ichung'wah accused Natembeya and online blogger Francis Gaitho of false allegations, while Jubilee Secretary General Jeremiah Kioni criticized former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua for not providing evidence for his claims about abductions. The East Africa Law Society called for action on human rights violations.
