Tullow Oil wins $320M tax case in Ghana, but remains in dispute over other tax issues.

Tullow Oil, a major oil company, has been cleared of a $320 million tax bill in Ghana by the International Chamber of Commerce. The court ruled that the Branch Profit Remittance Tax, which applies to profits sent back to a company's home country, does not apply to Tullow's operations in Ghana. Despite this win, Tullow is still negotiating with the Ghanaian government over two other tax disputes.
