Shamsud-Din Jabbar, a Georgia State University graduate, was identified as the attacker in the New Orleans Bourbon Street incident on New Year's Day. He drove a truck into crowds, killing 10 and injuring at least 30 before dying in a shootout with police. The FBI investigates the attack as a potential act of terror, finding an ISIS flag and suspected explosives. A UGA student was critically injured, leading to the postponement of the Sugar Bowl.
