South Korean company SPC Group is nearing a final agreement to build a $160 million bakery plant in Texas, aiming to expand its presence in North and Latin America. The plant will support SPC’s goal of opening 1,000 Paris Baguette stores in North America by 2030, with current plans including a potential $10 million subsidy from the city of Burleson. The facility will cater to both U.S. demand and exports to Canada and Latin America.
