Former heavyweight boxing champ Anthony Joshua visited Nigerian President Bola Tinubu at his Lagos residence on New Year's Day, presenting him with an autographed boxing glove. Joshua's parents are from Nigeria, and he was named a sports ambassador by Ogun state's governor, Dapo Abiodun. The visit occurred four months after Joshua's surprising loss to Anthony Dubois.
