Two fishermen and their dog survive a powerful tornado in Texas, rescued by strangers.

Two fishermen and their dog survived a December 28 EF-3 tornado at Stanolind Reservoir in Winnie, Texas. Despite strong winds that flipped their boat and caused minor injuries and damage, including snapped utility poles, the men were rescued by a group of strangers. Brian Johnson, one of the fishermen, expressed gratitude, acknowledging a "miraculous survival" and believing he was spared for a purpose.
