Two died in Oklahoma after a driver struck a pedestrian, an ODOT worker, who was on foot.

Two individuals were killed in a crash near Talihina, Oklahoma, on Monday. James R. Alford, 80, struck 26-year-old Jaden C. Jackson on foot while driving. Both died at the scene. Jackson, an Oklahoma Department of Transportation employee, had worked there for 10 months. An unoccupied vehicle was also present. The Oklahoma Highway Patrol is investigating the incident.
