Senior constable charged with drunk driving after New Year's Day early morning breath test in Nowra.

An off-duty 48-year-old senior constable from the Southern Region was charged with mid-range PCA (driving with a prescribed concentration of alcohol) after a random breath test in Nowra on New Year's Day at 4:40 a.m. The initial test resulted in a positive reading, leading to a secondary test at the Nowra Police Station, which showed an alleged reading of 0.120. He is scheduled to appear at Milton Local Court on January 23.
