A 40-year-old man was arrested after a hit-and-run incident injured two people watching New Year's Eve fireworks in London. The driver struck a 21-year-old with minor injuries and a 59-year-old with non-life-threatening injuries before fleeing the scene. The suspect was later apprehended and faces charges of dangerous driving, causing grievous bodily harm, and possession of controlled drugs. The Metropolitan Police confirmed the incident is not related to terrorism.
