Joseph Whitehurst, 32, arrested for assaulting two people in Charleston, charged with assault and carrying a knife.
Joseph Michael Whitehurst, a 32-year-old from Raleigh, North Carolina, was arrested for assaulting two victims in Charleston on December 14. The victims were found with non-life-threatening injuries after being attacked with an unknown object following an argument. Whitehurst, charged with two counts of assault and battery, and possession of a knife during a violent crime, was caught by U.S. Marshals in North Carolina and awaits extradition to Charleston.
