Arizona court rules against Tom Crosby's legislative immunity claim in election interference case.

An Arizona appeals court ruled that Cochise County Supervisor Tom Crosby cannot claim legislative immunity for delaying the certification of the 2022 election results. Crosby faces felony charges of conspiracy and election interference, with his trial scheduled for January 30. His lawyer plans to appeal to the state Supreme Court. Fellow supervisor Peggy Judd pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor and was put on probation.
