Air India becomes first Indian airline to offer free in-flight Wi-Fi on selected flights.
Air India, now part of the Tata Group, has launched free in-flight Wi-Fi on select domestic and international flights, making it the first Indian airline to offer this service. Available on Airbus A350, Boeing 787-9, and some Airbus A321neo aircraft, the Wi-Fi allows passengers to browse the internet, access social media, and communicate. Air India plans to expand the service to its entire fleet over time.
