Ho Chi Minh City aims to attract 8.5 million international tourists and 45 million domestic visitors by 2025, targeting $10.2 billion in tourism revenue. Hanoi plans to attract over 30 million tourists in 2025, including 7 million international visitors, with 2024 seeing 27.86 million tourists and $4.78 billion in revenue. Both cities are enhancing tourism offerings and infrastructure to meet their ambitious goals.
