Ski hill operators in Quebec are staying positive despite recent warm temperatures and heavy rainfall that could hurt the holiday season. At Mont-Saint-Bruno, co-owner Stéphanie Grenier notes the snow remains good due to earlier cold weather and artificial snow. Environment Canada warns of 25 to 35 mm of rain and above-freezing temperatures. A Bromont ski hill spokesperson reports a successful start compared to last year, and both expect a cold snap to -10 C by Saturday.
