Five individuals have been charged in connection with the death of Liam Payne, a former member of One Direction, who fell from a hotel balcony in Buenos Aires in October. Two are accused of supplying drugs and face preventive prison, while three, including a businessman and two hotel managers, are charged with negligent homicide. Payne's toxicology report showed traces of alcohol, cocaine, and an antidepressant. Suicide was ruled out as a cause of death.
