Curefoods acquires Krispy Kreme’s South and West India operations, planning to open over 350 new locations.
Curefoods, a food and beverage company, has acquired Krispy Kreme's South and West India operations from Landmark Group, expanding its presence in India's food market. Landmark Hospitality Services Limited has also taken a stake in Curefoods India. The deal includes a multi-year agreement to develop over 350 new Krispy Kreme locations. Curefoods, founded in 2020, already operates over 500 cloud kitchens and stores across India.
