Sheree Gregg, diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease at 28, uses horse riding to manage symptoms and supports MND research.

Sheree Gregg, a 34-year-old nurse from Inverness, was diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease (MND) at age 28 in 2019, making her one of the youngest in Scotland with the condition. The disease ended her nursing career and halted her travel plans, but Gregg credits horse riding for helping her manage her symptoms. She shares her story to support MND research through events like Doddie Aid 2025, organized by the My Name'5 Doddie Foundation.
