A rare Brocken Spectre, caused by a cloud inversion in Malvern Hills, captivated observers and caused traffic delays.

Photographer Tarquin Shaw-Young captured the stunning images. The event, caused by cooler ground temperatures compared to the air above, led to traffic delays for festive travelers but dissipated by the end of the weekend.
