The Association for Democratic Reforms (ADR) report reveals that Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu is India's richest Chief Minister with assets over ₹931 crore, while West Bengal's Mamata Banerjee is the poorest with ₹15 lakh. The average asset for a Chief Minister is ₹52.59 crore. The report also indicates that 13 Chief Ministers have declared criminal cases, with 10 having serious offenses. Only two Chief Ministers are women.
