Azerbaijani chefs prepare traditional pilaf dishes at "Return to Traditions" event in Jabrayil.
A culinary event named "Return to Traditions" was held in Jabrayil city to mark World Azerbaijanis Solidarity Day and the New Year.
Organized by the Restoration, Construction, and Management Service, chefs from Jabrayil, Gubadli, and Zangilan prepared traditional pilaf dishes: Sabzi Pilaf, Gelya Pilaf, and Mash Pilaf, respectively.
Renowned chef Tahir Amir Aslanov guided the teams.
The dishes were evaluated and distributed to locals.
New Year gifts were also given to children by Grandfather Frost and the Snow Maiden.
