Andhra Pradesh has approved nine projects totaling Rs 1.82 lakh crore, expected to create over 263,000 jobs. Key projects include a Rs 96,862 crore refinery by BPCL in Nellore and a Rs 80 crore TCS expansion in Visakhapatnam. The state’s clean energy policy has attracted additional investments, including a 400 MW solar project by Tata Power. The Chief Minister directed officials to expedite land and facility allotments for these projects.
