Haryana approves new educational requirements for health workers, changing from science-only to any 10+2 qualification.
The Haryana Cabinet, led by Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini, has approved changes to the qualifications for health workers. Under the new rules, Multipurpose Health Workers will need a 10+2 qualification in any field, instead of the previous requirement of a science stream. These amendments update the 1984 health department rules.
