A Georgia trooper was injured in a vehicle flip during a chase after a suspected DUI driver refused to stop.

A Georgia State Trooper sustained non-life-threatening injuries when his vehicle flipped during a pursuit after a driver refused to stop for a traffic violation suspected to involve intoxication. The driver, in a tan Ford F150, fled and caused the trooper to lose control despite three attempts at a P.I.T. maneuver. The suspect was later found hiding nearby and arrested, facing charges including Aggravated Assault on a Peace Officer and DUI.
