Delhi probes claims of data misuse in women's benefits scheme amid political clash.

Delhi's Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena has ordered an inquiry into allegations that private individuals are collecting women's personal data under the Aam Aadmi Party's (AAP) Mahila Samman Yojana scheme, which promises Rs 2,100 monthly payments to eligible women. AAP leader Arvind Kejriwal dismissed the inquiry as a BJP-led tactic to disrupt the scheme and claimed the BJP fears electoral defeat. The BJP accuses the AAP of using the scheme for political gains and misusing women's personal data.
