Sutter Health, Northern California's largest healthcare provider, plans to invest $800 million in building two medical campuses in Santa Clara to address patient overflow in Silicon Valley emergency rooms. The campuses, covering a million square feet, will offer primary and specialty care, imaging, and lab services. Construction aims to start services by late 2025, with full operation by 2031, and will create 200 to 300 new healthcare jobs annually until 2030.
