Dr. Glen Bann refutes the idea that these formations were created by tsunamis, instead attributing them to liquid magma shaking sediments. The rock circles can be seen from the Janice Watters Lookout, accessible by a short walk from Prince Edward Avenue, and are best viewed during low tide.
