San Francisco's iconic Flower Market closes today before relocating to Potrero Hill on Jan 2nd.

The San Francisco Flower Market, a beloved SOMA landmark for nearly six decades, is closing its current location on December 26th and moving to Potrero Hill starting January 2nd. The market, facing rising rent costs, will also transition into a nonprofit to support local floral agriculture and stabilize prices. About 23 of the 35 vendors will relocate, with the new site offering more space and amenities.
