Sultan Haitham bin Tarik of Oman issued three royal decrees ratifying air services agreements with Suriname, Uganda, and Seychelles. The agreements, signed on October 23, 2024, in Kuala Lumpur, will be published in the Official Gazette and enforced from their issuance date.
