The San Francisco 49ers have signed offensive lineman Matt Hennessy to a two-year contract and placed left tackle Trent Williams on injured reserve due to an ankle injury. The team also added offensive lineman Sebastian Gutierrez to their practice squad. Hennessy, formerly with the Atlanta Falcons, is expected to help fill the void left by Williams.
