Mother of stabbing victim pushes bleed control kits after son's death, attackers sentenced to decades in prison.

Margaret Oakes, whose 18-year-old son Raymond James Quigley was killed in a gang-related stabbing in Ipswich, is marking the second anniversary of his death. Since his passing, Oakes has worked to introduce bleed control kits in the area to help prevent similar incidents. Two individuals were sentenced to 24 and 20 years for the murder, which was described as a "retribution" attack.
