BC Supreme Court allows Allied Paving to accuse CCMET of fraud in a $2 million counterclaim.

A BC Supreme Court judge dismissed an appeal by CCMET against Allied Paving, allowing Allied to amend its $2 million counterclaim to include fraud allegations. CCMET originally sued Allied for $413,235 plus interest, claiming Allied didn't pay for highway construction services near Fort Nelson. The court found the amendments related to the original claim and were not significant enough to disallow.
