Babysitter indicted for feloniously assaulting 1-year-old Vivian Gardner, leading to her death.

One-year-old Vivian Gardner died after suffering severe injuries, including a skull fracture, when her babysitter, Michael Mayor, allegedly slammed her to the floor. Mayor, a city of Dayton employee, was indicted for felonious assault and child endangering. He admitted to losing his temper and hurting Vivian after she wouldn't stop crying. Additional charges are expected as the investigation continues.
