Managed workplace solutions company IndiQube Spaces has filed for an IPO to raise ₹850 crore, with ₹750 crore from new shares and ₹100 crore from its founders. Founded in 2015, the company manages 103 centers across 13 Indian cities and serves clients like Myntra and Zerodha. The funds will be used for capital expenditures, debt repayment, and general corporate purposes. IndiQube aims to list on the BSE and NSE.
