Azerbaijan's Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund (MCGF) has seen significant growth since its establishment in 2017, allocating around $1.7 billion to the country's capital markets. The MCGF aims to improve living conditions, facilitate mortgage lending, and support small and medium-sized enterprises. Additionally, there has been a notable increase in insurance contracts, with 40,661 property and 17,750 life insurance contracts signed over the past three years.
