Recently, multiple sightings of a large cat, possibly a puma or leopard, have been reported in Worcestershire, England, with the latest near Harvington. DNA evidence from Gloucestershire and Cumbria suggests wild leopards may exist in Britain. The Worcestershire Wildlife Trust is open to the possibility of these big cats roaming the area, with reports including pawprints and mauled sheep carcasses.
