Former PennDOT worker Angel Carrion pleaded guilty to selling driver's test answers, sentenced to prison and probation.

Former PennDOT employee Angel Carrion, 68, pleaded guilty to providing Spanish-speaking residents with answers to driver's license tests in exchange for cash from 2021 to 2022. Carrion, known as the "Angel of Lancaster," was sentenced to seven years of probation, two days in prison, and nine months of house arrest. He must pay $5,011 in restitution and is barred from working for the state.
