Search ends with all three occupants of a crashed An-2 aircraft found alive in Russia's Kamchatka.

In a remote area of Russia's Kamchatka Peninsula, a three-day search for a missing An-2 aircraft ended successfully with all three occupants found alive. The plane, carrying commercial goods, made an emergency landing after ice buildup caused it to lose speed. The survivors were found near Mount Tundrovaya, having dug a hole in the snow to stay warm and used limited food supplies. They were evacuated to a local hospital by a rescue helicopter.
