Francisco Heredia-Mendivil was arrested after a car crash he allegedly caused, resulting in two deaths and one injury in Phoenix.
Francisco Heredia-Mendivil, 28, was arrested after a car crash on December 15 in Phoenix that killed Erick Segura, 35, and Alonso Franco, 37, and injured a 16-year-old. Heredia-Mendivil allegedly oversteered his Chevy Camaro while trying to pass a slower vehicle, causing a head-on collision with Segura's Volkswagen Jetta. Heredia-Mendivil was hospitalized and later booked into Maricopa County Jail.
