Faisalabad International Airport expands, enabling larger aircraft landings and planning for new cargo facilities.

Faisalabad International Airport in Pakistan has expanded its runway, allowing 777 aircraft to land and plans to build a state-of-the-art cargo complex. Airport Manager Tasneem Akhtar Jameel requested cargo data from exporters to expedite the process and noted that several suspended airlines may resume operations. Jameel also highlighted that the airport is now considered one of the most secure in Pakistan.
