Drug dealer Victor Branco faces up to 12 years in jail after a sentencing delay due to a missing report.

Victor Branco, a Sudbury drug dealer involved in trafficking fentanyl and cocaine in 2021 and 2022, faced a sentencing delay due to a missing pre-sentence report. The report was later found in the Sudbury Courthouse, and Branco is now set to be sentenced next month, facing up to 12 years in jail. The drug operation, Project Hewson, led to charges against 12 people and the seizure of significant amounts of fentanyl, cocaine, and two handguns.
