Pair arrested for allegedly throwing a parcel with contraband over Chelmsford prison walls.

In Essex, UK, Victoria Jaggers, 50, and Harrison Madge, 19, were arrested for allegedly throwing a parcel containing mobile phones, SIM cards, cannabis, and tobacco over the wall of HMP Chelmsford. The Essex Police and the prison collaborated to execute warrants and arrest the suspects. They appeared in Chelmsford Magistrates' Court and were released on bail, with a further hearing scheduled for January 17. Inspector Sam Girdlestone highlighted the significance of the partnership in combating prison smuggling.
