Five ex-leaders of collapsed law firm Axiom Ince charged with fraud over £60M client funds misuse.
The UK's Serious Fraud Office has charged five former leaders of the collapsed law firm Axiom Ince with fraud, forgery, and destruction of documents related to the misuse of over £60 million in client funds. The accused, including CEO Pragnesh Modhwadia, co-director Shyam Mistry, CFO Muhammad Ali, CTO Rupesh Karawadra, and VP of IT Jayesh Anjaria, are set to appear in court in January. The scandal has left thousands of clients vulnerable to financial losses.
